This has got to be the greatest gift to the online marketer. I do not care what else Google does, they save me a lot of pain by sifting my absolutely top of the pile Junk from my real mail.
I have other email accounts and the mail either get bounced or only the junk gets through.
Once you have mastered Gmail it is amazing what you can do with it.
I have now connected via Google Buzz to my blogs, other people blogs and my twitter feed.
This means I can now post a comment on Google Buzz or any one of the other sites and it will show up automatically on the others.

Time and the Internet.
Have you found yourself spending more and more time on the Internet instead of more and more time doing the things you love or want to do?
We all get caught up in this on-line thing but we have to have balance in our lives, not only for our mental stability but for our overall wellbeing.
It does not matter how young or old you are in this we are all equal.
Friends come in all shapes.
Our families and loved ones need us too.!
Take the time to spend at least one hour per day doing the thing you love or spending exclusive time with the ones you love. The difference in your life will amaze you.
I love being on the net, it is fun and fascinating but I get up and go for a long walk, spend time with my animals and talk to my children.
I have to physically and psychologically turn off from the internet to enjoy the real world.
Before I wrote this I was sitting outside watching the torrential rain which finally came to ease the parched land. The rain was soothing and watching all the native animals eating and drinking oblivious to the rain was a sight I wish everyone could see.
Remember we only have one life!
Live it to the fullest extent you can and along the way you will also help other live theirs to the best they can.
You may never know the difference you have made in someones life but everyday we change someones life in some way. Let’s make the change for the better.
Smile even if you do not want to, it changes people.
Stop and smell the Roses, their beauty only lasts a short while but they will be back next year
